A pre-owned Gardyn is one you obtained directly from a previous owner. (Please note, Gardyn does not re-sell pre-owned Gardyns through any platform.)
If you are ready to pair your pre-owned Gardyn, you must first contact our team at support@mygardyn.com so we can assist with creating a new user account before you attempt to pair in the app. Otherwise, pairing won't work as the device will still be tied to the previous owner's account.
