Locating Your Kelby Messages
In the app, you can find your messages from Kelby by starting on the home screen. You'll see your latest message from Kelby appear in the speech bubble. If that message is linked to a resource, you can tap on the message to be taken directly to that resource to learn more.
Otherwise, tap the circle next to where it says "Kelby" in the upper right corner to navigate to the complete Kelby Message Center.
Reading & Marking Kelby Messages as "Read"
In the Kelby Message Center, you'll see all of your Kelby messages up to the last 60 days in a scrollable list, with the newest messages at the top of your screen.
Unread urgent messages appear with a red background, unread non-urgent messages appear with a green background, and read messages appear with a white background.
To mark a message as "read" (change the green background to white), tap either on the underlined phrase directly under the message if it's present (the "Learn more" in the image below), or the three dots next to a message's title. The underlined text only appears if there is a resource linked to the message, and tapping on it will take you directly to the resource. When you return to the message from the resource, it will be marked as read.
If you tap on the three dots next to a message's title, you'll see a pop-up with options to mark the message as read, delete it, and/or share your feedback about whether you found the message useful. Note that deleting a message is permanent!
Select your desired option, then tap the grey x in the pop-up's upper right corner to close out. If you selected to mark the message as read, you'll now see that message has a white background.
Using Filters to Search for Kelby Messages
At the top of the Kelby Message Center, you'll see a horizontal list of filter options that you can choose from by scrolling left to right. You can choose one filter at a time to see all of your Kelby messages that fit that filter. To see all of your messages at once, select "All".
