You purchased a membership with your device? This article guides you step by step to activate it and start enjoying the peace of mind to have Kelby, your personal Gardyner, by your side to take care of your Gardyn.

1. Access your Gardyn Profile
2. Access the Membership Screen
In My Profile, select Membership from the bottom of the screen. Then click the green button, ADD MEMBERSHIP to access the membership screen.
3. Add Your Activation Code
Because you are already a member, select the last option “I prepaid my membership and have an activation code.”
Then add your personal Order ID which can be found in your confirmation order email sent at the time of purchase. It will start with a D followed by a string of numbers.
