Have you purchased your membership but haven't activated it yet? Follow these easy steps to activate it and start enjoying guidance from Kelby and all the other member benefits today.
All you will need is your Gardyn Order Number that was sent in your order confirmation email: Your Gardyn Order Has Been Received!).
You can activate your prepaid membership at anytime in the Gardyn app when you first pair your Gardyn to WiFi or later under My Profile in the app.
1. Access your Gardyn Profile in the App and visit the Membership section (You can skip this 1st step if you are activating your membership just after pairing your device.)
2. Select the Prepaid Membership
Once you have selected Membership from the bottom of the screen, click the green button, "Add membership" to access the membership screen.
And because you are already a member, select the last option “I prepaid my membership and have my order number from my confirmation email.”
3. Add Your Activation Code
Add your personal Order number which can be found in your confirmation order email sent at the time of purchase. It will start with a D followed by a string of numbers. If you no longer have this email or you received the Gardyn and membership as a gift, please reach out to Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can look up your order number by the name used to place the Gardyn order.
