If you have multiple Gardyn devices, you can easily add and switch between each device's account in your Gardyn app. Tap a section to get started!

1. How to add a new Gardyn to your account
- Begin by tapping on the 3-line icon in the upper left corner of your app's home screen. From the menu that appears, tap "My Profile", then "Switch Gardyn" at the bottom of the next screen.
- Tap the green "ADD GARDYN" button, then the next green "ADD NEW GARDYN" button, and "OK" to confirm you wish you create an account for a new Gardyn.
- After tapping "OK", you'll be logged out of your current account and a new account will be created. Upon completion, you will be logged into that new account. Tap "OK" to continue.
- If you purchased a membership for your new Gardyn, enter the redemption code and tap "Submit" now. Your membership will activate once your Gardyn is paired.
- Once you have confirmed and successfully created an account for your new Gardyn device, you need to pair the newly added device with your app. Initiate the connection process by opening your Gadyn app and clicking on the plus (+) icon above "Add device." Then continue to follow the in-app prompts. If you have any trouble, you can find our troubleshooting tips here!
2. How to add an existing Gardyn (one to which you were previously connected) to your account
- Begin by tapping on the 3-line icon in the upper left corner of your app's home screen. From the menu that appears, tap "My Profile", then "Switch Gardyn" at the bottom of the next screen.
- Tap the green "ADD GARDYN" button, then the white "ADD EXISTING GARDYN" button.
- Enter the email and password you previously used with the existing Gardyn, then tap "Submit".
- If you don't remember your password, tap "Forgot Password?" to receive an email with instructions to help reset your password.
- When your entered credentials match your previous credentials, you'll see a confirmation pop-up. Tap "OK" to finish and return to your app's home screen.
3. How to switch between different Gardyn accounts on the app
- To switch between your devices' different accounts, tap the down arrow next to your Gardyn's nickname at the top of your app's home screen, then select the Gardyn you'd like to switch to.
- The 4 characters next to each nickname match each corresponding Gardyn's unique code found inside the watering compartment.
4. How to return to your intended Gardyn account after creating a new account by accident when you don't want to add a device
- If you accidentally created an account to add a new Gardyn to a list of connected accounts and do NOT want to proceed with adding a device at this time, you can return to your preferred Gardyn account by tapping on the 3-line icon in the upper left corner of your app's home screen. From the menu that appears, tap "My Profile", then "Switch Gardyn" at the bottom of the next screen.
- Choose the Gardyn device account you want to switch to. The account name you accidentally created will appear as "No Device Connected", and will disappear once you switch to an existing account.
5. How Kelby monitoring works with multiple accounts
You can check your messages from Kelby for each of your Gardyn accounts while logged into each account. To view your most recent Kelby messages, tap the green icon in the upper right corner of your app's home screen. To view your Kelby messages for another Gardyn, switch accounts - learn how here!
