If you need to report an issue with your Gardyn, follow these steps in your Gardyn app to submit a request to customer support.
Go to the side menu on your Gardyn app home screen and tap Get Help
Tap the 'Troubleshooting' button. You may also choose the option to send an email to customer support, but we recommend going first to the directed troubleshooting steps for the quickest resolution to your issue.
Tap the issue tile to be redirected to a related Help Center article with detailed troubleshooting instructions.
Follow the troubleshooting instructions and take pictures of the parts indicated in the steps to send to customer support if needed.
The Customer Success team will require the requested pictures to be able to help resolve the problem if troubleshooting does not fix it.
If troubleshooting does not resolve the problem, tap the 'Report a Problem' button.
Fill out the form and attach the requested pictures.
