If you need to report an issue with your Gardyn, follow these steps in your Gardyn app to submit a request to customer support.
First, go to the side menu on your Gardyn app home screen and tap 'Get Help'
Next, tap the 'Troubleshooting' button. You may also choose the option to send an email to customer support, but we kindly recommend going first to the directed troubleshooting steps to expedite the process. You may also choose to browse the Help Center to explore a variety of topics.
After selecting the 'Troubleshooting' option, identify the troubleshooting problem and tap one of the cards (eg. watering, lights, camera, Gardyn power) to be redirected to a related Help Center article with detailed troubleshooting instructions.
Follow the troubleshooting instructions and don't forget to take pictures of the parts indicated in the steps to send to customer support in case needed.
Kindly note that customer support will require the requested pictures to be able to help resolve the problem if troubleshooting does not fix it.
If the problem is not resolved by troubleshooting, scroll down and tap the 'Report a Problem' button.
Fill out the form and attach the requested pictures.
In this form, it's NOT mandatory to provide an answer to this question: If you have already reached out to support, what is your ticket ID number? if you do not have an already existing ticket. If you do have a previous support ticket relating to the same issue, please provide this information if you have it so that customer support may review all the details.
